Baby Stone Gorillas Tap In With LA’s Classic G-Funk Sound In “That’s What You Supposed To Do” Visual

LA’s 4 man group Baby Stone Gorillas taps into their California roots with a visual for the G-Funk inspired “That’s What You Supposed To Do”

Over a funk-infused rap beat, P4K, Top5ivee, EKillaOffDaBlocck, and 5Much deliver street tales while sharing optimistic rhymes about their futures over a dope flip of Kurupt’s classic “We Can Kick It”. P4K and Top5ivee sets the tone with hard-nosed raps and subtle punchlines. EKillaOffDaBlocck brings high-pitched energy on the hook as he shares the crew’s goal with enthusiasm. Closing out the track is 5Much’s melodic flow.

“I got my mind on some millions, I’m trying to change my life completely.”

Directed by YourJustNTime, the video takes parking lot pimpin’ to a whole new level as B$G occupy an empty parking lot surrounded by hydraulic lowriders. Cruising around the parking lot in a whip of their own, the video looks like a clip straight out of your favorite west coast film.

Out of all the tracks I’ve heard from BSG, this is my favorite.
