Quelle Chris Showcases His Broadened Perspective With New Album “DEATHFAME”

Artists that have gratitude for their creativity make each song like it’s their last.

That unique ability has given Quelle Chris the confidence to create music that is nostalgic the moment it comes on. With the critically and fan-lauded albums “Being You Is Great”, “I Wish I Could Be You More Often”, and “Everything’s Fine” with Jean Grae, Quelle began building a discography of must-haves for any playlist.

He followed up those great efforts, with Guns before his next album. “Innocent Country 2”, produced by Chris Keys placed Quelle among the most influential creatives in the industry. He notably began working with Earl Sweatshirt, Billy Woods, and The Alchemist.

Quelle Chris is an intellectual demiurgic, making it difficult to solely base his imagination in one area. Outside of working on his own album.

He composed the score with Chris Keys for the Oscar-winning film Judas and The Black Messiah with director Shaka King.

He has worked with comedians like Nick Offerman and Hannibal Buress to continue broadening his creative perspective and to remain a student of the craft.

The new album, “DEATHFAME”, was produced by Quelle himself, Chris Keys and Knxwledge. The record plays like it was heard before in a past life. With reminiscent flows and honest lyrics everyone can relate to, it creatively navigates through humility, existence, and peace. The basic human needs we’ve learned to appreciate. Especially during a pandemic.
