After an almost 6 month hiatus from releasing music, Brooklyn rapper Jacob ZL surprised his fans with a new release. Flatbush, Brooklyn’s ZL has been in the industry for quite some time. First hitting the Soundcloud scene 7 years ago he has reached many accolades. Featured by media outlets such as Lyrical Lemonade, Elevator, Kazi Magazine, The Deli and more. ZL has also collaborated with artists Lucki and Unusual Demont.

In 2021 Jacob ZL dropped Killing Me Lately, which features insightful storytelling of his toxic ways while in a relationship. This flows well with his smooth vocals and methodical bars.
