Bronx Native B Lovee Links up with Dougie B for “Turnt” Music Video

The explosive popularity of New York drill has led many artists to try their hand at using the sound. Bronx rapper B Lovee teamed up with fellow New York artist Dougie B to flaunt their skill in the scene with “Turnt.”

The music video for the single follows up B Lovee’s viral hit “IYKYK,” which currently stands at over three million views on YouTube. It’s New York to the fullest. It was shot at a Conoco gas station and featured a classic drill instrumental with a low-pitch violin sample driving the beat.

The track itself features quick flows and aggressive delivery from B Lovee. He raps about hustling while avoiding the people against him. Dougie B has a similarly fast flow and delivery. “Turnt” is a big stylistic shift from the more mellow “IYKYK.”

“Turnt” is another good showing from two artists well-versed in New York drill music.
