Calboy Tributes Lauryn Hill With Lil Wayne Collab “Miseducation”

4x Platinum recording artist Calboy is gearing up to drop his newest album “Redemption“. Release date to be announced, the artist dropped his newest single titled “Miseducation”. Paying homage to the queen of soul Lauryn Hill, Calboy secured Rap heavy-weight Lil Wayne for guest vocals. Clear by the title, the hit is a tribute to Hill’s iconic record “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill“. Hill’s original album reached Diamond Status according to RIAA in February. Nonetheless making Calboy’s track a respectable nod to the 1998 album.

In 2019 the artists career accelerated with the release of his now Gold album “Wildboy“. With features from majors like Meek Mill, Yo Gotti and Lil Durk, he more than showed his capability of running with some of the best. A member of XXL’s 2020 Freshman Class, Calboy stood out on a Jetson made beat with a mellow, yet sharp and witty freestyle.
