Brooklyn’s Kev The Pope Serves Up a Valentine’s Day Anthem with “Cook Food”

Brooklyn rapper Kev The Pope returns just in time for Valentine’s Day season with his smooth new anthem, “Cook Food.”

The track delivers the perfect vibe to ride out with your lady Blending clever wordplay with soulful energy, Kev uses food metaphors to describe his affection, turning everyday dishes into romantic imagery.

“Sweet like yams, wet like collard greens.”

The single features Denver, Colorado artist QUELLTHATHITTA, whose verse adds another layer of flavor to the track. His smooth delivery complements Kev’s energy and brings balance to the collaboration.

“Cook Food” also marks a major creative moment. It’s the first single from an upcoming collaborative EP between Kev The Artist and QUELLTHATHITTA. The record is produced by DJ Koost, a producer hailing from Armenia. Notably, this is the first time all three artists have worked together, making the release a true cross-regional collaboration.

With Brooklyn, Denver, and Armenia all represented on one record, the chemistry feels organic and refreshing.

The upcoming EP is slated to drop in March, and if this first release is any indication, fans can expect a project filled with heat, creativity, and undeniable vibes.
