Lil Yachty has officially released his latest song,“Can’t Be Crete Boy,” featuring Veeze, along with an accompanying music video.
Yachty and Veeze hopped into their early 2000’s Dipset bag flowing over the “I’m Ready” sample before a sudden, beat switch that switches up the vibe and tempo of the song.
The “Can’t Be Crete Boy” music video opens with a clip of the two emcees through a point-of-view lens. Alternating backdrop shots of the duo exchanging bars in a school corridor and an empty classroom capture the song’s shifting energy.
The visual is directed by Cole Bennett and his Lyrical Lemonade production so it sure to go viral over the weekend
The new song arrives as Lil Yachty continues touring alongside Tyler, the Creator on theChromakopia World Tour.
