Eem Triplin is an emerging star producer and artist hailing from Pennsylvania. Eem was most notably known as a producer, producing tracks “Revenge”, “Benzo” & “Davanti” for $NOT.
According to an interview with Deeds Magazine, the turning point for Eem arrived with his breakout track, “AWKWARD FREESTYLE,” which sampled Tyler the Creator’s 2013 song. ‘’Awkward’.
Fast forward to 2025, the time has arrived for Eem Triplin’s debut album “Memory Of A Melody”. Out now via RCA Records, Memory Of A Melody is 13 tracks deep, and executive-produced by Eem and Grammy-nominated beatsmith DJ Dahi (Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, Mac Miller).
The 13 track project is vibey and catchy. I constantly caught myself running back songs “Fiji” “Tall Tales” & “Out Miami” featuring Ty $ all showcase Eem’s ability to blend catchy melodies with smooth, laid-back flows. “Tell Tall Tales”, in my opinion, is the best track on the album. The way Eem starts the song off with his effortless flow, only for the beat to shift midway through his first verse, is one of the most captivating moments on the project.
Overall Memory of A Melody is a great listen and a great switch up from the music I have currently been listening to.
MELODY OF A MEMORY is the culmination of a two-years long rise from bedroom producer to budding rap star. Eem Triplin released his debut EP, STILL PRETTY in Summer 2023, and two years later he’s dropping his debut with RCA.
