Brownsville Brooklyn’s Kev The Pope and Flatbush’s own Jav are two lyrical rappers repping Brooklyn to the fullest. The two rising rappers are gearing up to drop their highly anticipated joint project, Last of a Dying Breed, this spring.
To set the tone for the release, the duo just dropped their new single and visual, “Watch Out”, last night. The track delivers a clear message—watch how you speak to them. The hook is catchy and something you can easily sing along to.
The Cinematic Radeo-directed visual takes viewers on a ride through New York City, capturing scenes from Chinatown to Brooklyn.
“Watch Out” marks Kev The Pope’s first release of 2025 and gives fans a preview of what’s to come on Last of a Dying Breed. Just like this track, the entire project is produced by South African beatmaker King Dani.
