The son of rapper I-20, Atlanta rapper DestroyLonely grew up in a musical household and started creating music from a young age. His earliest official releases came in late 2015 on SoundCloud.
Lonely became affiliated with Playboi Carti’s Opium label in early 2021 and has quickly rose as one of the more popular rappers in the underground scene. Today Lonely releases his long awaited album “NOSTYLIST”.
The album’s title is pretty much self explanatory. DestroyLonely believes he is one of the flyest artist out and he brings that confidence to every track. Songs like “BERGDROF” & “NOSTYLIST” highlight Lonely’s love for fashion and good weed.
There are also tracks like “SWGSKOOL” that shows Lonely’s versatility. Although you can hear some of the Carti influence in Lonely’s music, he is definitely carving out his own lane.
