Baltimore-raised, LA-based artist Rakeem Miles is creating soul-bearing alternative hip-hop. Rakeem has cultivated his sound over the years, dating back to his 2015 debut “Adderall“, 2016’s “Do They Really Love You“, and 2019’s “Action Figure Miles“.

Rakeem is back with a vibrant new single called “It Is What It Is” featuring Atlanta legend Waka Flocka Flame. This is Rakeem’s first release of 2021 as Rakeem gears up for his forthcoming LP slated for a 2022 release.

“It Is What It Is” has already racked up 50K+ streams. Produced by the legendary Chad Hugo, the track is catchy and uplifting and features elements of classic Neptune produced records.
