Rockland County’s Ashoka Returns With New Single “Outta My Bag”

Earlier this year, I interviewed Rockland County, NY artist Ashoka. The emerging singer, songwriter, and rapper is having a good 2021. He performed his latest singles “Through The Fire” and “Triggers” on Major stage. Looking to capitalize off of that momentum Ashoka is back with a new single, “Outta My Bag”.

Although Ashoka named the track, Outta My Bag he’s ironically in his bag on his latest release. “Outta My Bag” is a mix of melodic trap, and contemporary hip hop/R&B influences. 

During our interview Ashoka did hint at the possibility of a new album being dropped possibly before the end of the year. If “Outta My Bag” is a taste of what’s to come, listeners have all rights to be excited.
