Back in March, Griselda Records signed their first female artist Buffalo’s Armani Caeser. In August, Armani unleashed her first single “Simply Done” featuring Benny The Butcher. Although the track dropped last month, Armani and Benny connect for a visual for the DJ Premier produced record.
Armani Caeser’s hard work is finally paying off. Westside Gunn admitted to signing Armani 11 years back and that she went toe to toe with some of the best emcees. Those days of grinding and perfecting her craft can especially be heard on “Simply Done”. Armani confidently flows with Benny The Butcher who is considered one of the best lyricist in the game.
