A year after his collab album with fellow Trunk Go Boom member Al Feury, Florida’s Pilot Perc released his first solo album ”Pip” on the 24th of February. This album is simply a compilation of songs that causes a natural head nod as you allow the music to take over your body.
It takes the listener through a journey of the artist’s mind as he battles his thoughts of becoming a man, a new father, and doubts about pursuing music full time. Inspired by the likes of Sade, J. Cole, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, The Isley Brothers Perc describes his sound as universal as he strives to make “Feel Good Music”.
