Billionaire Burke Recruits Gunna For “My Slime” Visual
East Harlem’s Billionaire Burke linked up with Atlanta star Gunna for the release of the “My Slime” visual. In August of 2019, Burke released his debut project “Rise To Greatness” under partnership with Empire.
One of the standout tracks on the project was “My Slime” featuring YSL’s Gunna. It was only right a Harlem artist and Atlanta artist come together for a track with this name. Both cities are notorious for using the slang “slime”.
In the Be EL be directed visual, Billionaire Burke visits Gunna in the A for an energetic video that matches the song perfectly.
On the track, Burke affirms his loyalty to his “slime”, Gunna adds a quick but catchy verse using his melodic flow. Overall the track is a vibe.
Burkes debut project has amassed over 10 million streams and “My Slime” is currently #59 on Urban Radio. Burke is preparing to drop his highly anticipated album “This Is The Jet” in spring of 2020.
We haven’t heard much from Gunna in terms of singles but he has been featured heavily last year and early on in the new decade. Gunna has particularly worked with New York artist and was featured on the late Pop Smoke’s (rest up Pop) “Dior” remix.
