Jay‑Z Announces Historic Summer Run at Yankee Stadium

Legendary hip‑hop artist Jay‑Z (Shawn Carter) is returning to the stage in a major way this summer with two blockbuster headline shows at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx. Scheduled for Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11, 2026, these back‑to‑back performances celebrate two of his most iconic albums and mark one of the biggest live music events of the year.

Jay‑Z has announced a two‑night concert residency at Yankee Stadium, with each date honoring a landmark album in his critically acclaimed catalog:

July 10, 2026 – 30th anniversary of “Reasonable Doubt” (1996), the debut that launched Jay‑Z’s legendary career.

July 11, 2026 – 25th anniversary of “The Blueprint” (2001), a defining record in hip‑hop history.

These shows are reportedly being styled as “JAŸ‑Z 30” and “JAŸ‑Z 25,” highlighting the milestone celebrations of each album.

This marks Jay‑Z’s first solo headlining concerts in several years, making these appearances a must‑see for fans. According to coverage from Forbes, Rolling Stone, and Billboard, these are his first major hometown headline shows since 2017.

Citi Card & Live Nation Presales: Early access has already begun through Citi and Live Nation presale programs, giving fans a chance to lock in seats before general sales open.  General On‑Sale: Tickets are set to go on sale to the general public Tuesday, March 24 at 10:00 AM ET (via Ticketmaster).

These concerts are more than just shows they’re cultural milestones. Reasonable Doubt is widely regarded as one of the greatest hip‑hop debuts of all time, introducing fans to Jay‑Z’s sharp storytelling and lyrical craft. The Blueprint is credited with shaping the sound of modern rap in the early 2000s. Celebrating both records in the same weekend and in his home city l is a rare and historic moment for music lovers.

For longtime fans, there’s also buzz around whether the artist might be teasing new music or a larger tour announcement, partly fueled by subtle changes in his personal stage name stylization and recent single releases tied to these anniversaries.
