(Stream) Benny The Butcher’s Tana Talk 4

After taking a four year hiatus, on March 11th, 2022, Benny The Butcher released the fourth installment of the Tana Talk series: Tana Talk 4.

The twelve track project has features from Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine, Boldy James, Steve God Cooks, J.Cole, Diddy and is fully produced by The Alchemist and Daringer.

Benny is making the habit of serving Hip Hop some of the ‘purest lines’ to date and once again he doesn’t shy away with Tana Talk 4. This project comes off the heals of his Def Jam record deal last November. Benny is making sure Griselda fans know that their sound will never be far away regardless of how large he gets.

Tana Talk is an ever evolving reflection of Benny’s life. No matter if its Tana Talk 2 or Tana Talk 3, Benny isn’t attempting to repeat his old work. When asked about Tana Talk 4 he had this to say:

“With Tana Talk 4 I have a chip on my shoulder. No one thinks I can recreate that energy. I’m not trying to create the same energy, but TT3 was who I was then, what I was going through. The things you hear me talking about on Tana Talk 4, is me now and who I’ve become”. Benny asserts, “It’s special to me because I get to talk about things that I would never talk about on any other project. Tana Talk is the series where you get me, my deepest, darkest feelings. I’m sure people are going to be surprised at the things I’m saying on TT4, but they are also going to get an inside look at things.”
